Where can I find the size guide? 📏
You can find the size guide in the product details section or in the product image gallery, usually as the last picture. Please check both before placing your order to make sure you choose the right size. 📏

Do you accept returns? 🔄
Yes! I’m happy to accept returns on all non-customised items, including clothing. If something isn’t quite right, please message me within 14 days of receiving your order, and I’ll guide you through the process 💌

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

If your return is approved, I’ll let you know the next steps and provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting me first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items? 🛠️

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact me straight away so I can sort it out for you quickly 💛

Exchanges ?🔁

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds 💳

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process the refund.

How long does shipping take to the USA, Canada, or Australia? 🌍

Standard international shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs processing.

How long does it take to process my order? ⏳

Orders are usually made and ready to ship within 1–3 working days. During busier periods (hello Christmas 🎄✨), processing may take up to 5 working days.
